Top of the World

Yesterday, I went to the top of the Empire State Building with 8 of my classmates (all girls funny enough). It was AMAZING. Beautiful views, lots of wind…kind of a bad thing since I had a shorter length skirt on. I saw lots of amazing parts of New York City and lots of places I want to visit. :) I took a bunch of amazing pictures (coming soon) although my battery ran out during the trip to the top. My friends took lots of pictures too.

I'm loving my time here. Today we learned about using Excel to do research for news stories. Definitely, some interesting stuff and I enjoyed getting to use a bit of my A in Math.

My classmates are amazing. We have lots of fun in class. For example, last night we critiqued each other's articles on the WJI Press Conference. We learned a lot, made a lot of silly comments and jokes and generally got to know each other better.

This evening we are going out to dinner as a class. We are (weather permitting) going to a Pizza Place located under the Brooklyn Bridge.
